Information we collect and why

When you request pricing, a showing or contact, we collect your name, email, phone number, message, requested community and page address to answer your request. Please do not submit financial account numbers, government IDs or other sensitive information. Hosting providers process technical information, including IP addresses and request data, to deliver and secure the site. A short-lived, hashed network identifier is used to limit abusive requests.

Service providers and sharing

Inquiry details are sent securely to our business email and may be shared with Downtown Realty personnel assisting you. OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare host and secure this website. Google provides our business email service and, only after you allow measurement, Google Ads measures whether an advertisement resulted in a submitted request. If you choose to load a video, YouTube receives connection information and may use cookies or similar technologies under its own policies. We do not sell inquiry information. External websites have their own privacy practices.

Traffic measurement, advertising attribution, cookies and video choices

We count page views, page addresses and referring websites to understand which content is useful. IP addresses and browser details are not stored; they are converted into a one-day anonymous identifier used only to estimate daily unique visitors. When you arrive through an advertisement, campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers in the URL are held for that browser visit and saved with an inquiry only if you submit one. This lets us understand which campaign produced the request.

Google Ads conversion measurement is optional and remains blocked unless you select “Allow measurement.” If allowed, Google may set measurement cookies and receive the advertising click identifier, page information and a conversion signal after a request is successfully submitted. We do not send Google the name, email, phone number, message, preferred showing time or other form contents. Ad personalization and enhanced conversions are not enabled. Select “Cookie choices” on any page to change your preference; choosing “Essential only” stops future Google Ads measurement events and removes available Google conversion cookies from this site.

We do not use this information for cross-site profiling or sell it. Our hosting provider may set security cookies to prevent abuse. Optional YouTube content is blocked until you select “Allow YouTube videos.” Your video choice is held only for this visit; reload the page to withdraw it. You can decline optional measurement and video content and continue browsing.

Realtor Vault memberships and payments

The agent portal uses Google Firebase Authentication, Google Cloud Firestore and Stripe. We receive your Google account identifier, verified email and available profile name, not your Google password. We store membership details, optional brokerage and license information, access status, and up to two browser sessions. Firebase sign-in storage and a secure __session cookie support portal access. Your name and email appear in your private vault view to discourage account sharing.

Stripe processes checkout and subscription management. We share your email, name and account identifier with Stripe and store customer/subscription identifiers, payment status and paid-period dates. Payment-card details are entered on Stripe-hosted pages and are not stored by OnlyHomeTours. See the portal privacy notice for more detail. Deleting your membership does not cancel your subscription; cancel through Manage subscription first or contact us for help.

Community update emails

When you join a community update list, we store your name, email, chosen community, consent and signup time in our hosted database. We use these details to send the updates you requested. When connected, Resend processes email delivery. Each launch email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also contact us to unsubscribe or request deletion. Signup is free and separate from paid agent access.

Retention and choices

We keep inquiries and traffic records only as needed to respond, provide requested services, understand website use and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Email and service-provider copies follow their retention settings. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to stop follow-up messages. We may verify your identity before acting; legal recordkeeping requirements may limit deletion. Where applicable law gives additional privacy rights, you may exercise them through the contact details above without discriminatory treatment.

Children and security

This service is intended for adults seeking real estate information. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Contact us if a child’s information was submitted. We use access controls and encrypted connections, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
