About this service

Only Home Tours provides home-tour information and appointment requests. It is not a builder, lender or separate brokerage. Licensed real estate activity is conducted through Jorge Jimenez Rodriguez, DRE #02086222, affiliated with Downtown Realty, responsible broker DRE #01997200.

Information and availability

Prices, inventory, incentives, specifications, schools and floorplans may change and must be verified with the builder or listing source. Descriptions and videos do not constitute an offer to sell, a financing commitment or a guarantee of availability. Images labeled as AI-generated are illustrative concepts. We are not affiliated with the builders shown unless expressly stated.

Requests and professional relationships

Submitting an inquiry requests follow-up; it does not reserve a property or create an agency, brokerage or other professional relationship. Separate written agreements may be required. Consent to contact is not a condition of buying a property. Equal Housing Opportunity applies to the services described.

Acceptable use

Provide accurate information, respect intellectual property, and do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, scrape private records or submit malicious content. Access credentials do not authorize entry into staff-only tools. Tour media and branding belong to their respective owners; permission is required for reuse beyond rights permitted by law.

Agent subscriptions and billing

Realtor Vault Founding Member subscriptions cost $19.99 USD per named agent per month and automatically renew monthly until canceled. No free trial is currently offered. Any applicable tax and the total charge are shown at checkout. Creating a Google account profile does not itself charge you; payment starts only when you confirm the subscription in Stripe Checkout. Keep the checkout confirmation and payment receipts for your records.

To stop future renewals, sign in to the agent portal, select “Manage subscription,” and complete cancellation before your next renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period; access continues through that date unless separately restricted for misuse. Signing out, revoking a browser, or deleting a portal membership does not cancel Stripe billing. If you cannot access cancellation, contact itsjorge.1996@gmail.com or 559-869-9520 for help.

Canceling future renewals does not automatically refund a previous charge. Contact us about billing errors or refund requests; applicable legal rights are not limited by these terms. Failed or unpaid renewals do not extend paid access. Update your payment method through Manage subscription. Complimentary access, if expressly granted, ends on its stated date and does not automatically become a paid subscription.

Individual agent access

Each membership is for one named agent and up to two active browsers. Do not share sign-in credentials or redistribute private vault records. Each additional agent needs separate access. The vault provides dated source information; it does not guarantee current prices, inventory, financing, commissions or incentives. Verify terms with the builder and your responsible broker before relying on them.

Third-party services and limitations

External sites and videos are governed by their providers’ terms. We strive for accurate information but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free content. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us to report an error or request clarification before relying on information for a transaction.
